Monthly JAM

 LITMA will be hosting a monthly jam session for musicians on the last Sunday of the month (September  through June) Directions

While we expect the core group of musicians to be adults, we are making an effort to attract some of the talented High School and College Students who fill the ranks of Long Island’s youth orchestras. The music styles will be decided by the musicians and should range from Irish to Bluegrass to Cajun to Scottish to Old-Time to Jazz and maybe even a pop/rock tune thrown in.

The jams will be Sundays from 4pm to 6pm at the home of Ken and Helen Bongort. Feel free to bring a snack or beverage of your choice. Listeners are welcome to kick back with the rest of us non-musicians. Contact Ken for more information at kbongort@panix.com or (516) 676-2678
